Role Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate high-quality teaching, learning and assessment from Level 1 to Level 3 Electrical Installation.
  • Take responsibility for the recruitment, retention, progress and achievement of students within your programme(s).
  • Contribute to curriculum planning, internal and external quality assurance processes, and programme performance reviews.
  • Provide high-quality academic and pastoral support, including tracking, monitoring and targeted intervention where required.
  • Build and maintain strong employer links to support work experience, site visits and positive learner destinations.
  • Support marketing and recruitment activities such as open events, school visits and applicant interviews.
