Key Responsibilities:
☆ Develop and design new learning programmes
☆ Review, rework and finalise existing programmes into delivery-ready formats
☆ Ensure compliance with QCTO Quality Management Systems and institutional policies
☆ Conduct quality assurance checks on learning materials, assessments and supporting documentation
Requirements:
☆ Solid understanding of the QCTO framework and landscape, specifically occupational qualifications and skills programmes
☆ Proven experience in programme development, with strong QCTO alignment
☆ Sound knowledge of QCTO Quality Management Systems and the full programme lifecycle
