Job Description

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and direct supervision of the Partnerships Officer, the Programme Development Associate will provide specialized support to the Programme Development Unit (PDU) in research, policy and stakeholder monitoring, AI‑enabled information gathering, communications, visibility, media monitoring, knowledge management, and partnership coordination.

Responsibilities

Track and compile information on Norwegian, European, and international developments relevant to migration, displacement, integration, return, labour mobility, development cooperation, and humanitarian affairs.
