Programme Coordinator

One YMCA and its subsidiary, the Early Childhood Partnership (ECP), deliver a wide range of services across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire, including social housing, health and wellbeing programmes, sports, children’s services, youth work, and community activities. We are recruiting a Programme Coordinator to support the delivery, development, and monitoring of our Airplay provision. Reporting to the Airplay Programme Manager, the role involves coordinating national and local programmes, supporting partner delivery, and managing youth work staff at selected RAF Stations.
