Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end programme administration, including registrations, course materials, venue setup, and records management.
Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and vendor/supplier engagements.
Process invoicing, payments, and support budget tracking.
Liaise with trainers, delegates, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Maintain service standards, meet KPIs, and provide progress updates.
Manage training systems, online evaluations, and participant records.

Requirements
Relevant administrative, events, training, or programme coordination experience preferred.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
