Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end programme administration, including registrations, course materials, venue setup, and records management.
  • Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and vendor/supplier engagements.
  • Process invoicing, payments, and support budget tracking.
  • Liaise with trainers, delegates, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Maintain service standards, meet KPIs, and provide progress updates.
  • Manage training systems, online evaluations, and participant records.
Requirements
  • Relevant administrative, events, training, or programme coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
