Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end programme administration, including registrations, course materials, venue setup, and records management.
- Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and vendor/supplier engagements.
- Process invoicing, payments, and support budget tracking.
- Liaise with trainers, delegates, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Maintain service standards, meet KPIs, and provide progress updates.
- Manage training systems, online evaluations, and participant records.
- Relevant administrative, events, training, or programme coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
