Programmatic Manager

Own programmatic campaign performance and ad serving across the agency's campaigns. Responsible for activity across display, video and You Tube campaigns where we trade in‑house: the setup, the trading, the optimisation and the reporting. Work to the Programmatic Director's standards, ways of working and sign‑off procedures. Show up accurate, technical and commercially curious: the person who turns a programmatic plan into live, well‑traded, cleanly measured activity, and who makes sure data flows cleanly from buy to report.

Accountable For

Reports to Programmatic Director:

Trading all in‑house programmatic activity across the agency, and the performance of those campaigns. Ad serving setup and trafficking across the agency's campaigns: tag generation, creative trafficking, third‑party tracking, ad serving cost reconciliation.
