Summary:
The Senior Programme Executive is responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating order fulfilment, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. This role supports order management, shipment scheduling, and production coordination to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customer accounts.
- Provide timely responses to customer enquiries, requests, and order updates.
