About the Role

We're looking for a product-minded full-stack developer who loves building user-centered solutions with modern AI-powered tools. You'll own features end-to-end, make architecture decisions, and work autonomously on impactful projects.

Must-Have

• 5-8 years professional software development.
• Strong - Production apps, modern patterns (hooks, context).
• Strong - RESTful APIs, async patterns.
• AI coding tools - Active user of Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot (validates outputs).
• Clear communication - Can explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cost-effective mindset - Balance quality with business constraints.
• Autonomous work style - Self-directed, owns quality.
• English proficiency - Fully proficient for professional work.
