Program Technician

Job Description

Provide assessment and treatment services, including training and staff support, in the delivery of behavioural services. Assist the Program Consultant in designing, implementing, and monitoring skills promotion and behaviour intervention programs while working within the Standards of Practice outlined by the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis. Develop and deliver training for mediators—individually or in groups—on the principles and procedures of applied behaviour analysis, and create ongoing educational workshops and seminars for community agencies and parents.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Psychology and related experience or equivalent.
• Current certification in First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout York Region and/or Simcoe County.
