Job Description

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service and data entry in a call center, social services, or other client-facing administrative environment
  • Associate degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide information about available services and assist customers with enrollment processes
  • Support intake and assessment activities by collecting required documentation and determining program eligibility
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer records and program data
