Our client URGENTLY requires a Program Support Officer for 12 months + Contract in Buderim.

 

The Program Support Officer will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide support services to the business team members which enhance the timely and effective delivery of services, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities include:

  •  Ensure the delivery of receptionist services, management of conference room bookings, room and equipment database and processing catering requests.
  • Arrange business travel for regional staff and maintain systems to record these arrangements, undertake fleet management tasks as directed.
