Summary This position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 6), Richmond VA Medical Center, Community Care Service. Responsibilities The primary duties of the position involve operation of the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VISTA) Community Care Package; core package; training and user support; usage of new systems and programs. Coordinates correspondence, communication, problem resolution and regulation interpretation for all customers served by VA Community Care program. Assist the Community Care in conducting special studies and analyses of activities that may present problems of a special nature to VA Community Care. Assists with prepping of drafts and replies to executive level and controlled correspondence for the signature of the Service Chief or Program Manager, which includes Senatorial/Congressional inquiries.
