Job Description

Summary This position is located within the Health Administration Service at the Montana VA Health Care System, and provides primary administrative and operational support for Fleet and GSA Vehicle management while also contributing to general Logistics functions, including supply distribution, equipment management, and stockroom operations across all assigned facilities. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinates the safe operation, scheduling, and maintenance of all assigned vehicles and equipment. Ensures maintenance records are current and accurate for all vehicles and equipment in the fleet inventory. Processes fleet travel requests and vehicle scheduling in response to customer service requirements. Serves as liaison to internal customers to ensure transportation needs are identified and met in a timely manner.
