Job Description
Lead visitor programs at Huronia Historical Parks as a Program Supervisor. Oversee staff and ensure exceptional guest services while managing operations in Penetanguishene, Ontario.
As a Program Supervisor, you'll guide a team of up to 40 individuals in executing engaging programs and events. Your expertise in operational delivery, staff management, and strategic planning will directly contribute to fulfilling Ministry business objectives. You will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment while maintaining high-quality visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate workshops, events, and group tours
• Maintain operational records and retail activity oversight
• Ensure materials and supplies for program delivery
• Handle emergencies and prioritize tasks under pressure
• Identify maintenance needs and ensure functional visitor spaces
