Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the Dean Connor Inclusion Scholarship Program
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen inclusive talent attraction strategies
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on feedback
  • Drive the planning and co-deliver high-impact programming for student engagement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the student value proposition and network
  • Manage and evolve corporate social media presence and brand-building initiatives
  • Serve as liaison to the Early Career Accelerator Program
  • Partner with recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives across multiple business lines
  • Represent Sun Life at campus recruitment events and networking opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across business units and HR teams
  • Oversee program documentation, reporting, and operational processes for consistency
