Join our dynamic team as a **Program Specialist!** **Based in Marshalltown, IA** , the Program Specialist is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and compliance with all required steps. While each project has an assigned Manager who oversees overall strategy and client communication, the Program Specialist focuses on operational details and works closely with the Project Manager as a collaborative team to achieve project success.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager
+ Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure on-time completion
+ Facilitate internal cadence meetings to track progress and address risks
