Role Overview:
The Program Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contingent hiring for client teams. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and staffing suppliers to ensure timely delivery of qualified contract talent, while maintaining strong compliance, documentation, and process control. You serve as a talent advisor throughout the requisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Requisition & Hiring Manager Support
- Conduct detailed requirement intake discussions with Hiring Managers, prepare relevant probing questions, and document all role details in VMS systems (Beeline/Fieldglass).
- Manage the complete requisition flow—shortlisting, supplier coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide clear guidance on expectations, timelines, and responsibilities during the hiring process.
