Job Description

What you'll do as a Program Service Coordinator:

+ Work with and report on data, spreadsheets and status of client work being done throughout UL Retail and Consumer Products fulfillment locations.

+ Perform UL and client systems data entry and extraction as well as participate in process automation projects.

+ Coordinate and compile client deliverables.

+ Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles.

+ Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc., as requested by management.

+ Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed.

+ Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

+ Perform other duties as directed.
