Role Overview

The Program (Product) & Experience Associate is responsible for the end-to-end execution of assigned digital marketing programs and learning experiences for students across B2C and B2B offerings, both online and offline.

The role supports programs from research and needs analysis through program design, content development, implementation, and continuous improvement, working within established frameworks and under the guidance of the Product & Experience Senior Consultant.

The Associate collaborates closely with internal teams (CX, Partnerships, Marketing & Sales) and works directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver relevant, engaging, and high-quality learning products.
