**Job Overview:**

APTIM's Energy Transition team is seeking an experienced **Program Operations Supervisor** to support HOMES and HEAR programs. APTIM's role is to develop and manage Home Energy Rebates created through the Inflation Reduction Act including the Home Efficiency Rebate Program and the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate Program. The **Program Operations Supervisor** will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee, coordinate, and drive strategic initiatives within the energy efficiency program in addition to providing oversight of day-to-day operations. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
