Program Operations Manager, HCWPC and Deputy Program Director

Job Description

As Program Operations Manager, HCWPC (Halifax Class Work Period Contracts or Frigate Program) and Deputy Program Director, you will be supporting the HCWPC Program Director (PD) for the execution of the HCWPC Program at Davie. This includes the development and delivery of the program execution strategy, encompassing all phases of the in-service support, repair and maintenance for the Halifax Class Frigates contracted to the company by the Royal Canadian Navy. The POM also supports the PD in program‑related customer relations to ensure that all program management responsibilities are executed upon with the support of the various functional support departments including Engineering, Planning, Project Controls, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Production.
