The Program Officer is responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of schedules, course plans, and academic calendars within Rabat Business School.
Main Missions
Design schedules in collaboration with pedagogical managers. Take into account constraints related to rooms, professors, student groups, and material resources. Ensure an equitable distribution of courses among teachers. Manage requests for schedule changes and resolve potential conflicts. Participate in optimizing the use of classrooms and material resources. Propose improvements to maximize planning efficiency. React quickly to unforeseen changes in planning and implement appropriate adjustments. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.
