Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Program Manufacturing Leader to drive the future of mobility and sustainable solutions across its operations in Querétaro.

Responsibilities

Team Management

• Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment
• Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program
• Coordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team
• Plant Launch Team leaders (if only 1 plant, he cumulates this role)
• Pilot Plant (for ISPG)
• PC & L (Supply Chain) Engineer
• Program Logistics
• Including support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE…)
• Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)
• In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and suppliers
