Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The main missions of the role are:
Own overall manufacturing strategy and delivery for assigned programs from acquisition through stable production
Act as the senior manufacturing authority and primary interface with Program Management, Product Engineering, plants, customers, and suppliers
Lead design‑to‑manufacturing and industrialization strategy through concurrent engineering and manufacturability governance
Define and govern Manufacturing Validation Plans (MVP), prototypes, and industrial readiness reviews
Direct development, costing, and deployment of production systems using Lean, CAPEX, and Group standards
