We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join the DSP (Delivery Service Partner) Strategy and Performance team for the MENATR (Middle East, Africa and Turkiye) region. This role is critical in driving performance strategy initiatives and tech developments that enhance DSP operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and enable sustainable network growth across the region.

The Program Manager will lead and support cross‑functional projects in close partnership with Tech, Profitability, Finance, Safety, Compliance, Communications, and other stakeholders. These initiatives will focus on optimizing the existing Amazon DSP network through scalable DSP tech products, performance mechanisms, World‑Wide parity initiatives, and benchmarking best practices across geographies.
