Program Manager - WMATA

Senior, executive-facing Program Manager contract role for WMATA. Provide program governance, risk and escalation management, manage multiple complex projects under tight timelines, lead procurement-related program activities, and influence executive stakeholders. Fully onsite, five days per week, for a defined 320-hour engagement. Requirements Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years at Project Director level and 8 years of project management experience in public/private sector or Federal, State, or Local government engagements. PMP certification and procurement experience are mandatory. End-to-end Agile and Waterfall lifecycle experience required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Contract via FCG; 1099, C2C, or W2 available. Rate-based submission subject to WMATA approval.
