This Program Managers primary responsibility is to ensure programs meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives while driving the development of mechanical and pyrotechnic components and systems that consistently surpass customer expectations. Serves as the primary lead for customer engagement, facilitating conference calls, meetings, and formal reviews. Oversees project planning activities, including cost estimation, schedule development, and resource allocation. Contributes to business growth efforts through proposal development and participation in new business engagements.
