PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (WARFIGHTING READINESS PROGRAM MANAGER) in the War-fighting Readiness Department of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will exercise independent judgment, apply managerial skills and a broad background of knowledge in program/project management and is accountable to the Director/Deputy for assigned cost, schedule, performance reporting. You will be responsible for contract activities, logistics, budget and personnel management for assigned activities in any and or all phases of the acquisition life cycle for war-fighting requirements, supporting policies and practices. You will assist the Director/Deputy in forecasting and managing workload for the program office or functional area. Personnel management encompasses organizational structure and resource loading.
