PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the PROGRAM OFFICE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. Responsibilities You will plan, organize, and oversee efforts and projects that are aimed at achieving and improving the quality, effectiveness, and timeliness of program accomplishments. You will serve as a senior advisor to management and executive leadership on developing and implementing strategic plans in support of achieving the program objectives. You will manage short- and long-range planning activities that include multi-year work plans that are the products of subordinate organizational projects/programs. You will formulate, interpret, and communicate long-range and short-term goals, principles, policies, and objectives for delegated services and programs.
