Reporting to the Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic region, the Program Manager leads and manages the delivery of administrative, program/project management, financial management and strategic planning efforts in support of the acquisition, construction, and conversion of U.S. Navy auxiliary and special mission ships, boats, and craft, as well as Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and life cycle management of boats and craft.
