**Position Summary**
The **Program Manager** will drive execution excellence and operational efficiency of a cross-functional team which is responsible to deliver a new product introduction and/or product transfer for Tecomet’s customers on time and on budget. This role may also manage projects such as capital projects, cost improvement projects or other cross-functional, complex projects.
The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics
