Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to join the Quality Engineering (QE) division of a large retail company on a hybrid basis in Vancouver BC. The QE Transformation team aims to transform QE capability to improve release quality, velocity, and predictability while lowering total cost of testing. This program will establish modern QE operating models and tooling, integrate with DevSecOps practices, and create a data‑driven culture through robust KPI dashboards and outcome‑focused governance. This team supports the digital retail and guest support center areas of the business.
