Program Manager, Trust & Safety

Responsibilities

Our Market Risk Management team identifies and qualifies risks in our regional communities, collaborating cross-functionally to address and prevent potential emerging risks. As a Program Manager, you will ensure that our policies, programs and systems work together to protect users and prevent abuse across our many features in the Singapore market, and across the APAC region. You will provide critical market-level expertise, improve safety and drive strategic direction to foster trust within and outside the Trust and Safety department.

• Produce internal reports on public perception and identified risks to inform mitigation initiatives, identify trends and work cross-functionally to develop solutions and increase our ability to mitigate and reduce the impact of emerging risks across our lines of business.
