Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to support ERPM’s key development initiatives, including our Building the Bench leadership development program, as well as our Intern and Managing Director programs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development, well-organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a proactive and “all hands on deck” mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. This position provides exposure to various levels of Risk leadership and offers the opportunity to help shape meaningful employee experiences across ERPM.
