Title: Program Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Duration: 6 months 


Introduction


We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a multi-phase SAP S4HANA transformation with end-to-end accountability across OTC, PTP, and RTR value streams. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP delivery leadership, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor programs, including integration, data, cutover, and change management. This role is fully onsite in Mississauga to drive alignment, speed of decision-making, and hands-on leadership.


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • 10-15 years of SAP delivery leadership

  • 5-8 years in Program/Engagement Management for ERP transformations

  • Hands-on experience delivering SAP S4HANA (preferably Greenfield/Brownfield/Selective Data Transition)
