Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Program Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
A strong leader responsible for complex, global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects and programs (STP- Standard Transition Process, VA/VE, etc.) that deliver on business case cost and benefit commitments.

Coach/mentor junior PMs (PM I) and interns, as applicable.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
A. Manage the project lifecycle from development through launch while achieving business case financials of the NPI Program(s)/ STP Program(s) and / or VAVE projects.
B. Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability and performance established for commercial, technical, and manufacturing readiness levels at start of production.
C. Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans that deliver on scope, schedule, and financial commitments. Guide teams from project initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, ...
