Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support program coordination under guidance for global talent management and learning initiatives, including engagement surveys, performance and talent cycles, learning launches, and enablement programs.
Develop and maintain project plans, communications, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs, identifying and escalating risks and supporting plan adjustments to support on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams
Assist with system (Culture Amp/Degreed) configurations and readiness activities in partnership with L&D, HRIS, IT, and vendors to support program execution. Partner closely with Talent, L&D, People Partners, HR Operations, and IT to align roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
