Responsibilities:


Program Planning & Delivery

  • Support program coordination under guidance for global talent management and learning initiatives, including engagement surveys, performance and talent cycles, learning launches, and enablement programs.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, communications, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs, identifying and escalating risks and supporting plan adjustments to support on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams

  • Assist with system (Culture Amp/Degreed) configurations and readiness activities in partnership with L&D, HRIS, IT, and vendors to support program execution.
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner closely with Talent, L&D, People Partners, HR Operations, and IT to align roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
