Responsabilidades

  • Define projects and programs that are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization.
  • Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program.
  • Key liaison personnel between customer and business unit.
  • Oversee timely completion of production schedules and new project‑start‑up through efficient coordination of all levels, inclusive of procurement and engineering team.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with customers, internal groups and suppliers.
  • Review MRB/ECN/DN and provide disposition.
  • Interact with customers on business outlook, quality, delivery, product costing, and engineering changes and explore new business opportunities.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications (preferred).
