About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Program Manager to support Amazon’s MENA Ultra Fast Grocery team. This role will focus on gathering and analyzing metrics data, assisting with daily operations, stalk holder management and drive visibility to leaders. As a Speed Owner you will leverage your analytical skills, knowledge of operational metrics, and experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives.

Metrics Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Collect and analyze key performance metrics to drive insights, improve promise calculation and speed performance.
