Job Description
What you will do:
- Lead enterprise-level programs and portfolios using standard project management practices (integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, communications).
- Own program planning and execution including WBS, integrated master schedules, milestones, dependencies and delivery tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional and business leaders to manage scope, budgets, resources, risks and cost optimization.
- Drive stakeholder management, governance and executive communications to ensure alignment to business objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop project managers and people managers; resolve resource conflicts and optimize utilization.
- Step in hands-on when required to facilitate ceremonies, clarifying requirements, creating schedules, or managing risks, to ensure program momentum.
