Job Summary

We’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Prai, Penang. In this role, you will guide a cross‑functional team through the delivery of customer‑focused products and services. You will own the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies to continue delivering value to the business and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure compliance with product development timelines, delivery, quality, and required business metrics.
• Review program proposals or plans to clarify time frames, funding requirements, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
