Program Manager

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Prai, Penang . In this role, you will be in charge of guiding a team of cross‑functional experts in the delivery of customer‑focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing, and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherence to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
