Program Manager

Lead large, cross-functional programs and concurrent workstreams from planning through implementation.

Drive prioritization, communication, risk management, and dependency tracking across teams.

Develop and report project metrics, schedules, and status to stakeholders and executives.

Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve blockers, and balance business needs with technical constraints.

Ensure consistent application of PMO processes, standards, and controls.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

7+ years of Program/Project Management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

PMP or Project Management certification preferred.
