**Summary**
Join our team as a **Program Manager** supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Security and Emergency Management Directorate. In this role, youll lead high-impact security operations that protect critical personnel, facilities, and missions across the MDA enterprise. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic, multi-site program and play a key role in national security initiatives.
On-site role based at **Schriever Space Force Base (Colorado Springs, CO)** with travel as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and oversee security operations across multiple regional sites
+ Ensure seamless coordination between control centers, visitor access, and response teams
+ Supervise and support staff to maintain high performance and contract compliance
+ Manage budgets, reporting, and operational planning to meet program goals
+ Partner with MDA leadership, customers, and internal teams to deliver top-tier service
