Program Manager – Agentic Firmware & Solutions Development We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex firmware, embedded systems, and AI-enabled software development programs. This customer-facing role will drive delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and the adoption of agentic/AI-driven SDLC practices to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Governance Lead firmware, embedded systems, and AI-enabled development programs using Agile/Hybrid methodologies. Act as the primary point of contact, aligning global teams with client priorities and roadmaps. Manage program plans, risks, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation.
