Key Responsibilities
Pre‑sales support (RFP / proposal stage)
- Partner with commercial and solutions teams to structure responses to RFPs and proposals from a delivery standpoint.
- Build the initial delivery approach : scope outline, milestones, timeline, resourcing assumptions, dependencies, risks, and delivery governance model.
- Lead internal alignment on what is being committed: clarify assumptions, exclusions, client responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to proposal materials such as implementation approach, project plan, rollout plan (multi‑market if applicable), and high‑level delivery estimates.
- Ensure handover quality from pre‑sales to delivery: clear statement of work inputs, defined scope, and a baseline plan ready for kickoff.
