The Program Manager – Project Execution Initiatives is responsible for working closely with Operations, Transformation & Initiatives leader in driving disciplined project execution across the Controls Services Engineering organization by establishing clear ownership, execution rigor, and performance visibility at the project and individual engineer level. This role focuses on improving On-Time Delivery (OTD), First Pass Yield (FPY), quality, and cost predictability through structured program governance, accurate schedule and EAC tracking, and data-driven decision making. The Program Manager actively leads cross-functional teams including extended teams, monitors execution against key milestones, identifies and escalates risks, and implements practical process and tool improvements that enable consistent, repeatable project performance.
