Program Manager, Production - Level 4
The successful candidate will join the Program Office as the Program Manager for production activities. This includes Program Management oversight of the value chain from engineering design through build execution, responsibility for program management of certain elements of production work, and ensuring execution meets cost and schedule objectives. This requires cross-functional leadership and collaboration with Global Supply Chain (GSC), Operations, Quality, Engineering, Business Management, and others.
The successful candidate will be a self-driven individual who can identify emerging issues and influence others, across the enterprise, to enable issue resolution. The PM may represent the Program and Lockheed Martin to suppliers, customers, and LM senior leadership, and as such must possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop and deliver high-quality briefings.
