Role Overview
As a Program Manager, you will sit at the intersection of data science, product innovation, and multi-channel marketing. You are responsible for designing and implementing data-driven campaigns and targeted product offerings across both digital and traditional banking channels. You will act as the bridge between technical data insights and the customer-facing brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Implementation: Formulate first-level product and service strategies under the direction of the Department Head to enhance the bank’s deposit portfolio.
- Data-Driven Campaigns: Design and execute targeted offerings by leveraging data science insights to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end Digital Onboarding experience and oversee the performance of assigned product lines through daily, weekly, and monthly analysis.
